Therefore, I thought that these people who complaint about this technology online are not crazy

The claim was filed through the law offices of William Welch, a criminal defense attorney who handled Lewis' lengthy trial."Mr. Lewis can hear the deputies talking to him, mocking him, and exploiting his fears," the claim reads. "Mr. Lewis experiences the voices day and night, and has suffered extreme mental anguish and sleep deprivation. Mr. Lewis also periodically experiences burning sensations on his body as though microwaves have been focused on parts of his body, while he lies in his cell."RNM is just one of several conspiracy theories involving government mind control. Those who believe they are being victimized by it often refer to themselves as "targeted individuals."Lewis' claim, a precursor to a lawsuit, asks for more than $10,000. Reached for comment Thursday, Welch said he believed his client's allegations, despite a previous story by this newspaper that he says misstated his position."The defense team attempted to have the court compel the jail to disclose any documents and materials regarding RNM, but the court denied our request," Welch said. "I have always believed Deandre has been honestly and actually experiencing the effects of RNM, it is just difficult to prove the existence of a RNM program at (County Jail)."The Contra Costa Sheriff's office, which runs the jail, did not immediately return a request for comment. County supervisors denied the claim during a meeting this week.Lewis was convicted in January of a number of charges, the most serious of which had to do with a recorded jail call where he ordered a woman working for him as a prostitute to stab and partially scalp a woman over an argument involving a debt. Prosecutors say Lewis ran a large human trafficking ring with an iron fist. Lewis was also tried on a murder charge related to one woman's suicide, but jurors hung.After being convicted, Lewis granted a jail interview where he talked at length about the "mental torture" he was experiencing, saying that his brain was being "pinged" and that he took extensive notes about it. He said it started in 2016, but that he didn't identify it as RNM until the following years when he began researching it in independent books.Lewis' sentencing, where he will likely receive life, is scheduled for Friday morning.

The story that I'm about to unfold is about a technology that is being used to induce all kind of psychological illnesses to us without our awareness. Bare in mind that these things that I discuss is not something that a person would easily understand because of the period of this invention and because of the way it's being hidden in front of our own eyes. Only a person who would think out of the box, who would further research into my findings and who would try to understand these psychological illnesses by talking to victims and analyzing their experience in a different way, would be enlightened about the actual cause and the existence of such a technology.There are millions and millions of people who are experiencing various types of mental illnesses throughout the world. If you search internet you will find that so many people around the world who are complaining about a mind control technology that is being used by the NSA(NSA Does not have this advanced technology, it's operating from Switzerland) and they call it as RNM or Remote Neural Monitoring, mainly these complaints are made by a group of people who call themselves as targeted individuals (TI's). Does the technology truly exist out there? According to my experience and research yes it does and on the one hand this is a remote brain stimulation technology that is capable of stimulating any part of the brain precisely to induce voices (precise stimulation done to the auditory cortex, visions (precise stimulation done to the visual cortex), manipulate emotions, controlling the body (precise stimulation done to the motor cortex), smell, taste, thoughts etc.. to human beings. They use a satellite grid, which covers the globe to achieve this. They also have used people around the world as lab rats to develop the technology, silently kill anyone and induce various mental illnesses to shut them down.Saying that, in summary, I will be discussing the reason behind,1). Strangely few days after I removing these friends, my other friends also started making posts related to my incident. It was like this close friend that I removed started talking or sending messages about this incident to all my other friends and then after few months for me it was like everyone knows about the things happened between us. Whenever I talked to my friends to know if this close friend has said anything to them, they always said no and denied any knowledge of the personal issues that I faced. Few days before I was about to meet them I suddenly start hearing a high frequency tone (this was so loud only I could hear) in my head and further it was also like electricity running through my body and I was in such a pain that whole day. Later that day night they reduced the volume of this tone up to a level where I could barely hear. Few days after this again I started researching online to see what this tone was and I found out that some people who complaint about Tinnitus hear the same tone. However, people with auditory hallucinations in schizophrenia believe it is the voice of a stranger. Dr. Łukasz Gawęda speaks in an interview with PAP about the psychological determinants of hallucinations."Schizophrenia affects 1 percent of the population. More than three-quarters of these people experience visual or auditory hallucinations at some stage of the disease" - said in an interview with PAP psychologist Dr. Łukasz Gawęda of the 2nd Department of Psychiatry, Medical University of Warsaw and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. In his research, the scientist focuses particularly on auditory hallucinations. "There are patients who hear squeaks, clicks, noise. Most often, however, what patients hear in hallucinations, are voices" - the scientist said in an interview with PAP.He noted that this is related to the functioning of the brain. Every person hears his or her inner voice in the head. It allows us to tell ourselves what we should do, comment on current situation, remind about past events. "This is a dialogue with oneself" - noted Dr. Gawęda. He admitted, however, that people with schizophrenia believe that their inner voice does not come from them."When our mind is functioning properly, we do not think about whether the thoughts in our head are ours or not. It is clear to us that we are their authors. But some states teach us that it is not so obvious. The brain performs complex operations all the time - it must distinguish between ideas and reality in what it receives. If there are serious difficulties at any stage, mental breakdown may occur" - he added.The psychologist explains that type of experienced trauma may even affect the accompanying symptoms of schizophrenia. "The spectacular research two years ago in UK showed that sexual abuse is particularly associated with the emergence of hallucinations in schizophrenia. The patient gradually acquires control over voices during therapy.Dr. Gawęda is the author of the Polish version of meta-cognitive training for people with schizophrenia, which is already used in different centres in three provinces. "We check how people think, how their thinking can be distorted, and how these distortions may cause the symptoms" - said the psychologist. He explained that during therapy patients learn not only how to cope with hallucinations, but also delusions or persecutory thoughts. "Patients with schizophrenia often jump to conclusions. When, for example, they board a tram, they are at once convinced that everyone is against them. We teach patients that drawing hasty conclusions has consequences in the form of a immense fear, worry, being unable to leave home. She also predicted nuclear war between 2010 and 2016, which she said would lead to the abandonment of Europe.In the future, she predicted aliens would help civilisation live underwater by 2130 and that there would be a war on Mars in 3005. Shortly before her death in 1996, she said a 10-year-old blind girl living in France would inherit her gift, and promised the world would soon hear about her.

Gunn is involved in covert psychological warfare against innocent Americans and other global citizens. He is among the developers of Psychotronic attacks, which is a highly advanced, surreal form of mind control that is intended to induce suicide among its thousands of targets.
The mind control technology is known as Remote Neural Monitoring.
The technology employs Satellite-delivered (ELF) Extra Low Frequencies to communicate voice-to-skull transmissions. This produces schizophrenic symptoms.
ELF radio signals are used to communicate with Naval Submarines deep below the oceans' surfaces. These frequencies can pinpoint a target anywhere on Earth and can penetrate water, rock, concrete and other dense matter.
Consider this, the brain is composed of neurons (wires) and is powered by low electrical currents. Much like insects communicate with non-contact antenna, humans can communicate with radio transceivers.
Just like each of us has a unique genetic code (DNA) each of has our own distinct radio frequencies. Find the frequencies and a terror technician can communicate directly to the brain.
Gunn is part of the development team that created a protocol of torturing victims. For decades, Gunn worked as a clinical psychologist at the Ann Arbor Veterans Affairs Hospital. There, Gunn deprogrammed World War II, Korean War and Vietnam War prisoners of war.
Gunn learned the secrets of mind control torture techniques by deprogramming these POWs. Then, in the 1980's, Gunn was recruited to work on the Strategic Defense Initiative, commonly known as the Star Wars program.
He had already been involved in land-based mind control experiments involving mobile microwave triangulation transmissions.
Gunn and a staff of technicians would isolate a victim and beam radio signals into the victim's home.
Now, unbelievably, these attacks are delivered via satellite.
In addition to mind control torture, Gunn and others developed a methodology to produce remote-delivered body shocks to the groin and elsewhere.
The third component of this torture involves holographic projections and audible acoustic projections.
Finally, the fourth component of this electronic harassment involves "gang stalking." This involves actual incidents of community operatives stalking and spying on neighbors.
Sometimes, the gang stalkers are paid operatives that are equipped with electronic eavesdropping devices, infrared detectors, ex-ray viewers and directed energy weapons that fire-off high-energy microwave pulses.
Gunn is involved with a covert unit of the National Security Agency. The unit operates like Nazi Gestapo agents without regard for human or constitutional rights.
The first reports of these attacks surfaced throughout Michigan and Canadian border communities.
Michigan is the only state in the nation to enact legislation outlawing this type of electronic harassment, which lends credibility to the fact that these covert operatives exist.
The Ada, Michigan-based Amway Foundation is among the many right wing organizations that help fund this quasi-governmental domestic torture group.
The founders of Amway are the largest contributors to the Bush Family's so-called New World Order, which is high-tech offspring of the Michigan Militia.
Amway is notorious for gang stalking people who seek to escape the Pyramid Scheme subculture.
The targets of these attacks are often estranged domestic partners, Jews, Blacks, women, disabled people, whistleblowers, people seeking criminal and civil justice and local "degenerates" who are addicted to drugs or alcohol.
Gunn and his wife Leah, the Co-Chair of the Washtenaw County Commission, are involved in local homeless shelter projects. Gunn has conducted psychological interviews of numerous homeless people and then used the information in his subject experiments.
