Hi Vaios, As we build products here at Coinbase, protecting your data and your privacy are top of mind. We treat your data as precious, aiming to only use it for verifying your identity, enabling transactions, and improving our product. We do not —and will not — sell your data to third parties. Operating in the financial services space, we adhere to regulatory requirements that address data protection and privacy. In order to support the new European data privacy law, we are making some changes to our Privacy Policy and User Agreement. These updates will take effect for new users on May 25th, 2018, and all other users on June 26th, 2018. Here are the key updates : Improved transparency around the data we collect - We make it easier for you to understand what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and reveal any third parties we share it with (e.g. our banking partners). Make decisions about your data - Take action and make decisions about your data right in the app. Indicate to developers how they should handle your data - We provide more direction to developers (who use the Coinbase API) about how they should handle data.
